If you have a change of mind regarding your purchase, we offer a return period of 14 days from the date of delivery. In such cases, the product must be in its original condition, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Please ensure that the returned product is securely packaged, and the RMA number is clearly marked on the packaging.
