RefurbishedKart Refund and Return Policy

At RefurbishedKart, we are committed to delivering high-quality refurbished electronics. This policy ensures a fair and transparent return and replacement experience. Please read it carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Defective or Faulty Product

If the delivered product has any hardware defects or functional issues:

  • Inform us within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • We will arrange pickup of the product.
  • Once received, if no customer-induced physical damage is found, we will:
  • Dispatch a replacement unit within 2 business days.

If the same product/model is not available, we will provide:

  • A same configuration model, or
  • A higher configuration model at no extra cost, subject to availability.

1.2 No Defect / Change of Preference

If you wish to return the product without any defect:

  • Return request must be placed within 14 days of delivery.
  • Product must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging.
  • Payment Gateway + Shipping Charges will be deducted:
  • ₹500 or actual charges, whichever is higher.

3. Packaging Requirement

The product must be packed in its original packaging, with all accessories and proper cushioning.

If the product is damaged during return transit due to improper or insufficient packaging, the customer will be liable for the damage.

4. Pickup & Replacement Dispatch

We will arrange pickup.

Once the product is received and verified free of customer-induced damage, the replacement will be shipped within 2 business days.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be issued within 7 days from the date we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • If any customer-induced damage is found, we will inform the customer of repair or deduction charges before processing the refund.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
  • For non-defective returns, charges will be deducted as mentioned in Section 1.2.

4. Exclusions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product is physically damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Original accessories or packaging are missing.
  • The return request is raised after 14 days from delivery.
